    How much do I pay for delivery of my KALÒN Sneakers?

    Sneaker delivery is FREE within Australia regardless of order value, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes and the following areas: Norfolk Island (2899), Cocos (Keeling) Island & Cocos (Keeling) West (6799) and Christmas Island (6798).

     

    How long does sneaker delivery take for Australian orders?

    Sneaker delivery is via Australia Post and generally takes between 1-5 business days, this depends on your location of course and some remote areas may take longer. Sneaker orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except for Public holidays. 

     

    How do I track my sneaker order and delivery status?

    Easy, as soon as your sneaker order is processed in the warehouse we will send you a tracking number via email.  Simply click on this link and it will take you straight to the tracking page, just remember that the tracking details won’t be there right away.  As soon as your KALÒN sneakers hit the Australia Post network a scan event will then appear, this generally happens within 24 hours of your sneaker order being dispatched.

     

    What is your standard delivery instruction for Australia Post?

    At KALÒN Sneakers we automatically ship requesting a signature on delivery, our preference is to obtain a signature when your sneaker is delivered, if a signature isn't able to be obtained then the sneaker gets delivered to the local Post Office to be picked up.  

    How does Authority to Leave work?

    You can provide an Authority to Leave when you receive a pre-delivery notification, the driver will try find a safe place to leave the sneaker in your absence.  If no safe place is available then the sneaker will be delivered to the nearest Post Office. 

    How quickly does KALÒN Sneakers process my order?

    If your sneaker order is placed before 12pm on a normal working day our warehouse team always endeavour to have your sneaker order dispatched and lodged with Australia Post on the same day.

     

    What happens to orders on Public Holidays?

    Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. For sneaker orders placed on, or the day before one of these public holidays, delivery time will be extended by 1-2 working days. During busy sale periods such as Christmas or other major sales periods, sneaker orders may take an extra 2-3 business days to process.

     

    Can you send my KALÒN Sneakers overseas?

    Yes, we'll dispatch your sneaker order internationally, the shipping fee will vary depending on the location and this will be added at checkout.  As soon as your KALÒN Sneakers arrive at the international destination you will be notified that your parcel had arrived, any local duties and taxes applicable will then be paid by you.

    How long will shipping take for my International Sneaker order?

    Once dispatched and received by Australia Post, your sneaker is estimated to take between 2-7 business days to arrive, this can be affected by delays in the delivery network and or customs as applicable in your country.

     

    How can I return an International Sneaker order?

    Contact us at returns@kalonsneakers.com and we will send out an International label which you can affix to either your own packaging, or you can re-use the KALÒN Sneakers satchel your item came in.
